形態特徵

• Subscandent shrubs; branchlets subpubescent.
• Leaves oblong, elliptic, broadly elliptic to narrowly ovate, (14.7-)16.4–22.1(–24.0) cm long, (9.0-)9.2–13.5(–15.7) cm broad, apex acuminate to caudate, base truncate, obtuse or cuneate, glabrous above or thinly hirsute on the midrib and veins on both surfaces; petioles 1.8–6.1 cm long; stipules triangular, 0.7–1.0 cm long, pubescent inside, subpubescent or subglabrous outside.
• Flowers in terminal cymes, golden colour, unisexual, dioecious; calyx-lobes 5, lanceolate, petaloid lobe rhomboid or broadly elliptic, pale yellow, 7.7–10.7 cm long, 6.3–8.7 cm broad, glabrous above, pubescent beneath; corolla tubular, 1.5–3 cm long, 1.5–1.8 cm in diam., 5-lobed, densely hirsute outside, throat velutinous; male flowers: stamens in mouth of corolla, the rudimentary style 7 mm long, 2-lobed; female flowers: style slender, stigma 2-lobed, ovary 2-celled; the rudimentary stamens inserted near middle of corolla.
• Fruits ellipsoid, subpubescent, 12–20 mm long, 6–12 mm in diam.. Seeds many, minute.

分布

• 台灣 : in forest margin of Lanyu Island.
• 世界 : India, Malay Peninsula, to the Philippines.
